DANIEL BURAK / Director

BACKGROUND

Daniel Burak was born in Buenos Aires, January the 10th, 1958. In 1976 travels to Israel, where he stays until 1984. There he studies, between 1979 and 1983, Movies and TV at the Arts Faculty of the University of Tel Aviv. In that period he works free-lance for different producers, most of all in the fields of camera and photography direction, including works made for Israel's Educational Television. Since 1984 produces and makes institutional and commercial videos or different companies. Since 1987 Ðand up to these days-, he works as a teacher of Expressive Media I (Medios Expresivos I), including Movies, videos and animation, at UBA's Graphic Design career, whose headmaster is Simón Feldman. Since 1988 he's one of ADART Production S.R.L's directors. In this period he has worked several specialties: production, direction, photography, screenwriting, editing, etc.

CHILDREN REFUGIES (ALDEAS INFANTILES SOS). Documentary about the institution devoted to the care of abandoned and orphan children.
